Break out an ice cold Corona . Use as a dip with tortilla chips or pile it high on top of a skirt steak taco.
4 Haas Avocados
Juice of 1 lime
1/2 cup minced red onion
1 clove garlic , finely minced
1/2 Jalapeno, seeded and finely minced
1/2 plum tomato , seeded and minced
salt and black pepper
Scoop avacado into a large bowl and mash with a fork. Add in the remaining ingredients and mix until blended . Cover with plastic wrap touching the guacamole , to prevent the top from turning brown. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
