  • 2 cups diced plum tomatoes
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/3 cup thinly sliced fresh basil leaves
  • 1/4 cup good olive oil
  • 1 tbls balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper

Mix ingredients together , let sit at least 15 minutes for flavors to blend. Serve with slices of toasted bread.
