4 oz Tequila Gold

2 oz Lemon Juice

1 1/2 oz Ginger Syrup

Nutmeg

Superfine sugar

To make Ginger Syrup combine 1 cup of water , 1 cup of sugar and a 2 inch piece of ginger sliced . Bring to a boil, remove from heat and let cool. Strain ginger slices.

Mix 3 tbls of superfine sugar with 1 tsp of nutmeg . Rub the rim of the glass with a lemon slice then dip into sugar mixture to rim glass.

Combine tequila, lemon juice , ginger syrup and a pinch of the sugar mixture in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake , strain into an ice filled glass. Garnish with a lemon twist .
