Rub the rim of the glass with lime and dip into Black Lava Salt to coat .Mix Tequila, Cointreau , Infused Mezcal , Lime Juice and Agave in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into the salt rimmed glasses .
Spicy Infused Mezcal
1 bottle Mezcal
2 oz Crushed Red Hot Pepper
Infuse 750ml of Mezcal with 2 oz red pepper flakes. Let seep for no longer than 10 mins. Filter out red pepper flakes by pouring through a coffee filter.
