Part Charcuterie and part antipasto this is always a hit whether you serve it to your guests or just the two of you on date night. The combinations are endless. Arrange on a large white platter .

Any combination of meat such as Sweet Dry Sausage, Prosciutto, or Salami . A sharp cheese , Parmigiano-Reggiano, Provolone or Piave. Homemade marinated artichokes , Homemade tomato bruchetta, assorted green and black olives . Serve with crusty bread sliced that has been  brushed with olive oil , sprinkled with salt and pepper and  toasted .
