I love to entertain . As much as I hate to admit it , it's my time to show off. I have been known to spend hours on the Internet trying to find a platter or bowl that I was served in when I was out to dinner. I foolishly want my guests to feel like they are in a trendy restaurant rather than in my humble home. But was usually happens is I am having such a great time with my guests I forget to use the plates I bought for the occasion. As long as you use good ingredients and love the people you are with a great time will always be had by all.
